Prayer & Gratitude Release Practice

This practice is for quiet reflection, gratitude, and release. Members may use it as prayer, gratitude, or a calm moment of surrender.

Sit comfortably. Let your shoulders soften. Take three slow breaths. Let the exhale be longer than the inhale. Remind your body that this moment is safe.
Write one thing that feels heavy today. Do not solve it yet. Just name it with honesty and compassion.
Write one sentence that begins with, “Today I release...” Let this be a gentle act of surrender, trust, or gratitude.
Choose one simple next step that supports your nervous system. Keep it small enough that your body does not read it as another demand.

Weekly Reset
