Morning Practices
01 Morning · 5–10 min

BWS Morning Reset

A short rhythm of breath, gentle movement, and intention to begin the day from a calmer place.

Open Practice
  • Begin before checking your phone when possible.
  • Take 3 slow breaths and settle your body.
  • Add gentle neck, shoulder, spine, and hip movement.
  • Close with one intention for the day.
02 Morning · 15–20 min

Morning Sunlight Walk

A gentle outdoor walk to support daily rhythm, steady energy, mood, and stress resilience.

Open Practice
  • Walk at a comfortable pace.
  • Keep it calm, not performance-based.
  • Notice light, sound, breath, and surroundings.
  • No step-count pressure. Just move gently.
03 Morning · 5–10 min

Grounding Support

A calming practice that may include outdoor grounding, quiet seated breathing, or supportive frequency tools when outdoor grounding is not practical.

Open Practice
  • Use barefoot outdoor contact when safe and available.
  • If outdoor grounding is not realistic, sit quietly and breathe slowly.
  • Notice your body, your breath, and the present moment.
  • Oly Life support can be added later as an optional tool.
Midday / Anytime Practices

Diaphragmatic Breathing

A foundational breathing practice that supports the body’s natural shift toward calm and recovery.

Open Practice
  • Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest.
  • Inhale through your nose and let your belly rise.
  • Exhale slowly and let your belly soften.
  • Keep the exhale longer than the inhale when possible.
05 Stress reset · 4–5 min

Box Breathing

A steady breathing rhythm for moments when stress starts to rise or focus feels scattered.

Open Practice
  • Inhale slowly for 4 counts.
  • Hold for 4 counts.
  • Exhale slowly for 4 counts.
  • Hold empty for 4 counts and repeat.
06 Quick reset · 1–2 min

Physiological Sigh

A quick reset for sudden stress spikes when you need a fast, simple way to pause and downshift.

Open Practice
  • Take one full inhale through your nose.
  • At the top, take one more short inhale.
  • Release one long, slow exhale through your mouth.
  • Repeat 2 to 3 times without forcing it.
Evening Practices

Evening Wind-Down Stretch

Gentle stretching, breath, and reflection to help your body transition out of the day and toward rest.

Open Practice
  • Choose gentle neck, shoulder, hip, and back stretches.
  • Move slowly and avoid forcing range of motion.
  • Breathe through each stretch.
  • Let the goal be release, not performance.
08 Evening · 3–5 min

Prayer / Gratitude Release Practice

A simple evening practice to release the weight of the day through prayer, gratitude, or quiet reflection.

Open Practice
  • Name 3 things you are grateful for today.
  • Release one thing you cannot control.
  • Pray, reflect, or sit quietly for a few moments.
  • Let your body receive permission to rest.
